Stress Less is a synergistic blend of organic herbs and vibrational flower essences that have been expertly blended with the intention of gently supporting the nervous system.
Unfortunately stress is often an unrecognised issue underlying health complaints in both animals and humans. For an animal stress may be caused by poor diet, boredom, lack of affection, attention, exercise or closeness with its pack/family, poor environmental or living conditions or illness.
Over time this can accumulate and create further problems such as fatigue, exhaustion, adrenal shutdown and weakened immunity, which in turn can manifest as anything from behavioural problems to skin conditions.

* Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - Used as a restorative nerve tonic, Skullcap helps nourish and support the nervous system, calming the animal and relieving stress and anxiety. It's anti-spasmodic actions also help to relieve muscle tension caused by stress and worry.
* Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - Passionflower is widely acknowledged as an effective remedy for treating anxiety, irritability, tension, and insomnia. It relieves muscle tension, calms the nervous system and can also lower blood pressure. It's gentle sedative properties are soothing and relaxing which may also help reduce panic and nervous over-activity.
* Chamomile / German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) - Traditionally used as a calming remedy, Chamomile has anti-anxiety, anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory actions, amongst others. An excellent herb for relieving nervous tension and irritability, it is also very effective for digestive complaints such as pain, wind, bloating and indigestion which can be a common side-effect of nervous stress and tension in the body.
